Every single posted item in my blog is zipped or rarred. So you might need an application to unzip / unrar the item. Here you can download the winzip / winrar application for free
after u install the application, right click the zipped item and choose "extract here" or "extract to..." ("extract to..." can be chosen if you want to extract into a specific folder)
